Millet Rice Porridge
The 100% millet rice mix for kids has a tasty and smooth texture and can be used versatile. This millet drink owes its subtle sweet taste to the naturally occurring sugars, which are formed by the transformation of the millet starch during the fermentation process. This 100% vegetable drink is gluten free and is low in fat.
Ingredients: Millet and Rice
Uses: For porridge
1. Add four (4) table spoons of Millet Rice flour to cold water (500ml)
2. Put on fire to cook and boil for 5 minutes.
3. Add sugar and salt if desired.
4. Serve with bread, Kosa, Cake, Biscuits etc.
